ABOUT ME

Allyson is a seasoned PR professional with 20+ years of industry experience across both PR agencies and in-house companies. She specializes in media relations that builds brand awareness through the media target audiences are actively consuming. Her industry experience ranges from healthcare, health & wellness, travel, book publishing and food- just to name a few!

Allyson has built brands and product awareness through the media from the ground up as the first PR hire for a number of startups and now leads her own PR consulting firm. She has the ability to creatively think out of the box to achieve media exposure across various types of media platforms including: online, print, broadcast, audio and search.

Allyson holds a MS in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from New York University and a BA in Communications from Marymount Manhattan College.

She is an adjunct professor at her alma mater, Marymount Manhattan College (now Northeastern NYC).
